Neighborhood Stabilization Program

The Delray Beach Community Land Trust has partnered with the City of Delray Beach to help stabilize neighborhoods hit hard by the economic downturn. The City of Delray Beach has purchased and renovated foreclosed homes, which are available for resale. To date a total of Thirteen (13) sales executed through the DBCLT and we are accepting applications for new buyers subject to program and lender qualifications.
